HQ London District invites applications for the voluntary appointment of Deputy Commandant for the Greater London South West (GLSW) Sector of the Army Cadet Force. This is a unique and highly rewarding leadership opportunity to shape the future of one of London’s most dynamic and diverse Cadet Sectors. With around 600 cadets and 100 dedicated Cadet Force Adult Volunteers across 20 detachments in 3 companies, GLSW Sector plays a vital role in delivering the Army Cadet Force experience across South West London.
We seek a candidate with a strong track record of leadership and commitment, ideally having held the rank or equivalent of Major or above in the Cadet Forces, Regular Forces, or Reserves. You will bring a deep understanding of the values of the Army Cadets and an ability to support and inspire both adult volunteers and cadets.
