Join a team that's shaping the future of Salford City College. This is an exciting time to become part of Salford City College Group as we expand our Estates Team to support the College through a period of transformation. We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to manage soft facilities and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for all.

In this vital position, you will advise Senior Leaders, Heads of Department, and colleagues on all aspects of health, safety, environmental management, and wellbeing. You will help ensure the College meets statutory obligations, insurance requirements, and internal HSE policies, helping us uphold the highest standards across our campuses.

We’re looking for a competent Health and Safety professional who can take a sensible, values‑driven, proportionate approach to managing real risks. While experience in the education or public sector is desirable, it is not essential; what matters most is your commitment to promoting awareness, responsibility, and a positive safety culture.
