Two Rivers Cooperative is currently seeking a Tender/Truck Driver that is responsible for safely transporting Two Rivers grain, fertilizer, chemicals, and anhydrous. The Driver is responsible for keeping Two Rivers equipment clean and functional. The Driver professionally represents Two Rivers in the community and in all interactions with customers. The Driver reports to the Agronomy Operations Manager.
Location: 311 Highway 163, Otley, IA 50214
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm; Seasonally Saturday's for spraying and NH3
Essential Operations:
- Follow schedule for hauling including grain, chemicals, fertilizer, and anhydrous, as directed
- Perform and document daily truck inspections; keep equipment clean and follow regular maintenance schedule
- Ensure daily truck log and paperwork is completed and turned in on time every day
- Observe all DOT, OSHA, and Two Rivers safety regulations
- Professionally represent Two Rivers in all interactions while hauling
- Minimise downtime hauling by properly following schedules
- Promptly notify supervisors of issues with deliveries, pickups, customer interactions, or equipment
- Utilise any non-hauling time by maintaining equipment, cleaning facilities, or other Two Rivers work as directed
