What Part Will You Play?
- Serving as a point of contact for Field Sales and supporting exceeding sales numbers.
- CCO Management - Ensuring all Customer Considering Offer & Signed Incompletes come in with the required information and a follow-up deadline.
- CRM Data - supplying Field Sales with correct Data at the correct time.
- Sending Quotes - Sending the details of a quote to customers with a follow-up update, logging in the diary for a follow-up ensuring the quote is chased.
- Conversion Reports - Send weekly conversion reports to the Regions senior team highlighting any key trends or areas of concern.
- Diary & Appointment Management - Proactively manage and reorganise daily schedules, including moving customer appointments into earlier time slots where possible to maximise efficiency.
- Contact customers promptly to advise of any delays, revised arrival times, or changes to their scheduled appointment.
- Coordinate appointment cover during staff sickness or absence, ensuring service continuity and minimal customer disruption.
- Optimise drive routes and travel windows to reduce journey times and support on-time arrival for all appointments.
- Maintain clear communication with field teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure that any schedule adjustments are understood and actioned.
