What you’ll own
- The Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team sits at the center of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve cross-functional challenges and drive execution.
- We focus on identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes—bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.
- Work across core business systems and processes, helping ensure they run effectively day-to-day.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to sustainable improvements.
- Build a strong understanding of how data, systems, and processes connect across the business.
- Analyze data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions.
- Support the development of business cases and performance insights.
- Support delivery of transformation initiatives and BAU improvements.
- Gather and document requirements, track actions, and help drive execution.
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with clear business value.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum.

What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
- Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).
- Familiarity with process improvement approaches (e.g. Lean principles).
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
