PURPOSE
Joining the UK Product Management team, you will manage the commercial and strategic development
of the GP-hosted products and products including Hosted Payment Page, SDKs and Plugins. Primarily,
the lead for the key relationships with our key enterprise merchants and internal stakeholders, agree
and manage the roadmap alongside bringing on board new innovations in this space.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Owner of the commercial and strategic development of the Hosted Platforms internationally
(Propositions including HPP, SDKs, and Plugins) in relation to local market needs and business
strategy
● Collaborate with Sales Groups on effective communications, training and future product direction
● Effectively analyze and maintain a view of product profitability and position in the product life cycle
● Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for suppliers/products throughout the life cycle
● Plan, develop and execute new products and features, customisations or upgrades. Overall
ownership extends throughout the life cycle, including but not limited to concept, business case,
design, requirements, stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing plans, pilot, fulfilment,
launch and live for each of the international regions served (EU, AP, Oceania, Canada etc…)
● Ensure product compliance and legality
● Product sponsor with both internal and external resources
● Own commercial relationships with key service providers. Includes contractual agreements, pricing
reviews/negotiation, agreed service levels and major incident escalation

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)
● Minimum 3 years experience in product and team management
● Ideally in-depth knowledge of the payments industry
● Experience in product strategy, management and development
● Commercial acumen
● Proven experience in a customer-facing/relationship management role
● Proven negotiator
● Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers at

all levels
● Highly motivated with an ability to positively influence others and challenge the status quo
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
