We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Manager to join our ever-evolving SMB Commercial team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own:

  • Lead product commercialization strategy for new products and value-added services by developing business cases, financial models, TAM analyses, and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to define commercialization strategies, align priorities, and execute successful product launches.
  • Build and translate complex product and payment technology concepts into compelling sales narratives, enablement materials, battle cards, sales scripts, objection handlers, and targeted content that accelerate adoption and sales effectiveness.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales performance data to inform product positioning, messaging, channel strategy, market prioritization, and continuous optimization of commercialization efforts.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, resource alignment, and executive-level reporting to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Influence and lead across matrixed organizations by combining strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, storytelling, and strong project management to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Management, or related areas.
  • Ability to lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility.
  • Strong project management skills, negotiation and prioritization skills.
  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment with confidence to drive discussion, gain consensus and hold both individuals and teams accountable for delivery.
  • Creative problem solving that identifies new and innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Payments industry experience a plus.
