Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Salesforce Architecture Lead to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • As the senior architectural authority for Salesforce, you will lead architecture decisions across key platform capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Core, while partnering with business stakeholders, delivery teams, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to solution architects and technical architects, driving architectural consistency, governance, and innovation across the platform.
  • Define and own the Salesforce architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and target-state architecture across Enterprise Operations.
  • Provide architectural leadership across all Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
  • Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and decision-making forums, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
  • Act as the senior technical authority for Salesforce, providing direction and guidance on complex business and technical challenges.
  • Lead and mentor Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and senior technical resources, helping to build architecture capability across the organisation.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to shape solution designs and technology investment decisions.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions are delivered in accordance with Salesforce and enterprise best practices.
  • Oversee integration architecture across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms, leveraging MuleSoft and API‑led connectivity principles.
  • Support agile delivery teams operating within Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks, ensuring architecture enables efficient delivery of business value.
  • Drive adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities and innovation opportunities, identifying how new platform features can enable business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage architectural risk, technical debt, and platform complexity through proactive planning and governance.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, capability development, and recruitment of architecture talent within the Salesforce domain.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant experience in architecture, solution design, and platform leadership roles.
  • Proven experience defining and governing enterprise‑scale Salesforce architecture across complex organisations.
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, scalability considerations, security models, and platform limitations.
  • Experience designing enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft, APIs, event‑driven architectures, and related integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architecture teams, mentor architects, and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Experience establishing architecture governance processes and leading technical design reviews.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing models, Shield, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working within CI/CD environments and modern software engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and technology governance principles.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience working within Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
