What You’ll Own

  • Partner with SMB sales executives to identify and drive partner initiatives that drive positive commercial outcomes for the SMB LOB.
  • Review and analyse locally managed partners; identify and drive global opportunities from these.
  • Champion the requirements of the SMB LOB.
  • Report on the success of your initiatives to SMB sales executives.

What Success Looks Like

  • Act as a dedicated partner commercialisation resource to one or two SMB LOB segments.
  • Gain a deep understanding of relevant SMB LOB strategic and commercial KPIs.
  • Propose and/or agree on partner initiative focus with SMB LOB Executives.
  • Own execution of specific partner initiatives and direct/oversee delivery of partner initiatives.
  • Own reporting for your initiatives and communicate in compelling, easy to digest Exec-ready formats.
  • Collaborate with other Partner Commercialization Leads in the team to share learnings, foster new ideas and drive scale.
  • Act as custodian of our SMB strategy.
