We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to support our UK growth initiatives, with a primary focus on cross-sell lifecycle programs for Global Payments SMB customers.
This role will be responsible for building, executing, and optimising emailâled lifecycle journeys that drive adoption of Worldpay eâcommerce solutions across existing Global Payments SMB frontâbook and backâbook customers.
You will work across both Pardot and Marketo, partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Product teams to deliver scalable, dataâdriven programs that improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and optimise crossâsell lifecycle email programs using Pardot and Marketo
- Execute frontâbook and backâbook customer journeys aligned to Wave initiatives
- Support alwaysâon and campaignâbased lifecycle motions across acquisition, activation, crossâsell, and retention
- Build and manage programs, automations, and journeys in Pardot and Marketo
- Create and maintain segmentation logic aligned to CRM data, consent, and regional requirements
- Ensure data hygiene, audience accuracy, and platform best practices
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion
- Monitor performance across key metrics (open, click, conversion, pipeline influence)
- Share insights and recommendations through regular performance reporting
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, Product, CRM, and Analytics teams
- Support alignment between marketing automation execution and commercial priorities
- Ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across touchpoints
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and scalable MA frameworks
- Support continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack
- Ensure compliance with consent, data, and regional marketing requirements
- Handsâon experience with both Pardot and Marketo (required)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and customer data
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing
- Strong experience building emailâled lifecycle and crossâsell programs
- Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across regional and global teams
- Experience in SaaS, payments, fintech, or B2B services preferred
Approximately 10% travel, primarily UK, with occasional US travel.
