Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our ever-evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team at Worldpay. The team, of 12 heads, is responsible for the overall forecasting and analysis of the Enterprise divisions $2.5B OI P&L. Forecast accuracy, understanding performance and trends, and driving value add analysis are key focuses of the team. The team works closely with the Finance Partner team to steer the business towards achieving its financial targets.

What you will own:

As a Senior Financial Analyst you’ll be involved in discovering and communicating drivers of the financial performance of Enterprise, with a focus on Revenue. The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis activities for a commercial regions
  • Own and develop regional and consolidation financial models, driving improvements on forecast accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and produce financial reporting and analysis that is timely, reliable, and insightful, supporting the delivery of business objectives
  • Support Enterprise-wide analysis, processes and reporting
  • Play key role in the annual budget/plan process
  • Conduct month-end close analysis and variance analysis, whilst understanding drivers of performance
  • Liaise with Accounting on month end queries/issues where necessary to resolve promptly and minimize impact to close period
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase effectiveness and influence of role; namely regional Finance Partner, Accounting team, wider finance team etc
  • Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the international regions consolidation, mentoring junior members of the team

What you bring

  • Completed a professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA
  • Demonstrated experience in producing performance analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, with modelling experience
  • Strong focus on ‘problem solving’ and ownership to drive results
  • Be able to work both in a team and independently, with commitment to improving team dynamics and ways of working
  • Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines. A bachelor’s degree, ideally financial/Economics, or another numerate discipline but not essential
  • A bonus if you have experience in a fast paced, dynamic and complex industry
