What you'll Own
- Develop and articulate a clear vision, strategy and OKRs for our Card Issuing product.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third‑party providers, align internal and external roadmaps, and set and drive joint KPIs.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Establish KPIs for our solutions and regularly assess product performance.
- Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
What you'll bring

- 5+ years Product Leadership experience.

payouts is a ~$300T market globally and expected to grow at high‑single‑digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for a Product leader who is ready to upscale how Worldpay can move money for our ~6m customers.
As a Card Issuing Lead in Product you will take responsibility of executing on our Virtual Card Issuing opportunities in support of some of our key acquiring verticals. You will be experienced in product development and integration of geographically expansive card issuing services and money movement experiences, and will be skilled in owning complex end‑to‑end change delivery.
