What you’ll own
- You will play a key role in improving how payments perform at scale, using data and insight to drive higher authorization acceptance and smarter payment outcomes.
- Drive measurable performance improvements by translating data insights into actionable strategies that increase authorization rates and revenue outcomes.
- Lead data-driven storytelling, turning complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Create scalable optimization strategies across authentication, authorization and payment routing to improve long‑term client performance.
- Own the identification and resolution of recurring performance issues, ensuring sustainable improvements across platforms and configurations.
- Shape solution design by aligning merchant, platform and network strategies to maximize payment success rates.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of optimization opportunities, ensuring delivery of high‑impact initiatives that drive business value.
- Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration by aligning product, technology, operations and commercial teams around shared performance goals.
- Identify trends across issuers, networks and merchant setups to unlock new opportunities for growth, efficiency and cost reduction.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in payments, payment optimization or a related role, with a strong understanding of authorization flows and payment ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake or SQL to generate insights.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset, with the ability to connect performance insights to revenue and client impact.
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering outcomes.
