Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our ever-evolving Solution Design & Programme Delivery team and help support delivery that shapes the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own:
- Coordinate projects from planning through delivery and closure, keeping scope, timelines and quality visible.
- Translate product priorities, roadmap inputs and business objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and next steps.
- Work across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations and Service teams to align activities, dependencies, impacts and responsibilities.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions and change requests, escalating early when support or decisions are needed.
- Prepare clear project updates using KPIs, benefits, budget and change control information to show progress against business outcomes.
- Contribute to delivery templates, process improvements, launch readiness, handovers and lessons learned.
What you’ll bring:
- Awareness of project management standards and methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile methodologies, and PDLC practices.
- Experience organizing project plans, schedules, actions, decisions, deliverables, and resource information.
- Good understanding of timelines, risks, issues, budgets, quality expectations, and governance in a delivery environment.
- Ability to use data, structured reporting and project information to keep delivery visible and inform decisions.
- Positive working style, with clear communication, strong organization, problem-solving, teamwork and stakeholder relationship skills.

- Exposure to the financial services, payments or technology environment, or an interest in developing knowledge in these areas.
