We’re looking for a Product Support Representative to join our ever evolving Corporate team and help shape the future of global commerce.
- What you’ll own
- Delivering an exceptional support experience to our customers by providing expert guidance and resolving a wide range of product-related queries.
- Deliver high-quality support to Worldpay clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for product and service-related enquiries.
- Handle incoming customer requests and work to resolve issues associated with product installation, operation, maintenance, and functionality.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns relating to account updates, payment processing, billing enquiries, orders, and other service-related issues.
- Provide in-depth product support, researching complex issues and identifying effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems, recommending and implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
- Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and recurring trends to support continuous improvement initiatives, product enhancements, and quality programmes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
