Business Analyst: Salesforce and Sales Tools

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Business Analyst: Salesforce & Sales Tools to join our ever‑evolving CRM & Sales Tools team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and understand business problems with stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Articulate product vision and user stories in a way that is easily understood by development teams.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog for one or more CRM and Sales Tools products.
  • Define user‑story acceptance criteria; accept and refine stories with Scrum teams for sprint readiness.
  • Capture and document operational requirements for change requests to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Serve as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment and effective communication.
  • Determine and manage backlog priorities, including items targeted for upcoming sprints.
  • Track and document third‑party vendor development and design for future reference and issue resolution.
  • Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure changes meet acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor development progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management approach.
  • Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Fintech operational product experience and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and sales‑automation tools (beneficial).
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and systems‑development environments (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical, and people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.
  • Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and gain agreement on audit/findings or recommendations with control owners prior to management presentation.
