Business Analyst: Salesforce and Sales Tools

- What you’ll own
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
- Articulate product vision and user stories in a way that is easily understood by development teams.
- Manage and refine the product backlog for one or more CRM and Sales Tools products.
- Define user‑story acceptance criteria; accept/refine stories with Scrum teams for sprint readiness.
- Capture and document operational requirements for change requests to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Serve as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain alignment and effective communication.
- Determine and manage backlog priorities, including items targeted for upcoming sprints.
- Track and document third‑party vendor development and design for future reference and issue resolution.
- Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure changes meet acceptance criteria.
- Monitor development progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Apply Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management approach.
- Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development outcomes.
- What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Fintech operational product experience/knowledge.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and sales‑automation tools (beneficial).
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and systems‑development environments (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical, and people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and gain agreement on audit/findings or recommendations with control owners prior to management presentation.
