What you'll own:
- Lead the definition and evolution of Global Payments’ AI strategy.
- Stay at the forefront of developments in AI, ensuring Global Payments has the most accurate and up to date view of developments as they emerge.
- Help us think through how AI will progress and its impact on the Fintech industry and Global Payments.
- Lead and oversee high-profile, cross-functional projects with product/commercial implications, translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes while ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Own strategic market assessments and identify emerging trends, client needs, and industry shifts, transforming insights into actionable strategies that position the business for future success.
- Develop and deliver compelling recommendations and executive-level materials that influence decision-making and guide strategic priorities with senior leaders and the Board.

What you'll bring:
- 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy focused role within a financial institution.
- A strong interest in AI, and a passion for learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors.
- Ideally, a deep interest in payments, financial technology, software, commerce, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
