Role Details
- You will be required to work a combination of early, late, night and weekend. There is also weekend working and bank holidays.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Candidates must reliably travel to and from their agreed booking location at the scheduled times.
- Full uniform will be provided to ensure that you embrace our values as a brand.
- The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical.
- Trainee rate: £25,342; 6 months service: £27,116; 12 months service: £33,934; 24 months service: £37,485.

What the role entails
- Duties include but are not limited to: Undertake all duties with safety as the primary concern.
- Adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and company procedures.
- Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of trains and customers.
- Protect company revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the prompt departure of all train services.
- Report any delays to the Control team at the first opportunity.
Candidate Profile
- Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.
- Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and able to handle various situations.
- Possess a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team to create a welcoming environment interacting with customers.
- Take pride in providing top-notch customer service and are passionate about ensuring customer safety.
- Have team spirit and bring your unique self to strengthen the team and foster a positive work environment.
- Be a problem solver, as the role will encounter many different situations, while always maintaining integrity.
