Role Details

• You will be required to work a combination of early, late, night and weekend shifts, including weekend work and bank holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Candidates must be able to reliably travel to and from the agreed booking location at scheduled times.
• Full uniform will be provided to align with the company brand values.
• The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical; offers are subject to passing a safety-critical medical.
• Trainee rate: £25,548; 6 months service: £26,590; 12 months service: £29,476; 24 months service: £33,820.

Responsibilities

• Undertake duties with safety as the primary concern.
• Adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and company procedures.
• Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of trains and customers.
• Protect company revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the prompt departure of all train services.
• Report any delays to the Control team at the first opportunity.
