Role Overview
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Conductor based at Colchester station. You will be required to work a combination of early, late, night, weekend and bank holiday shifts. The role requires reliable travel to and from the agreed booking location at scheduled times and a medical clearance.
Responsibilities
- Undertake all duties with safety as the primary concern.
- Adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and company procedures.
- Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of trains and customers.
- Protect company revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the prompt departure of all train services.
- Report any delays to the Control team at the first opportunity.
