The predicted salary is between 35105 - 42907 £ per year.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based at Tottenham Hale Station. You will be working on average of 35 hours per week. Earliest start time, 0625 and latest finish time 2215. Night shifts will be 21:45-06:45. You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts. This role includes a compulsory 5-day Dispatch training course at our Stratford Academy, followed by a final assessment. Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older. The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical. You will be subject to a Right to Work check & DBS check for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment while providing pro-active assistance to customers on and off trains.
  • Manage the station team in all matters regarding safety, security, and safe punctual dispatch of trains, whilst working in accordance with the rule book and operational standards.
  • Support customers with mobility impairments to ensure a smooth journey.
  • Collaborate with Drivers and Conductors to ensure smooth communication and service.
  • Comply with safety regulations, reporting faults and hazards as necessary, as you will be responsible for the safe and punctual dispatch of trains.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business when required to ensure operational efficiency, whilst providing support and assistance to customers during disruption.
