The predicted salary is between 31456 - 40000 £ per year.
You will be required to work a combination of early, late, night and weekend shifts. There is also weekend working and bank holidays. Please note that applicants must be 18 years of age or older. It is a requirement that candidates can reliably travel to and from their agreed booking location at the scheduled times. Full uniform will be provided to ensure that you embrace our values as a brand. The successful applicant will be required to attend a medical, as all offers are subject to passing a safety critical medical.
The Role
Our operations Department is integral to the smooth running of our trains and Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do. We are therefore looking to expand our Conductor Team to help us improve our customer experience. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Undertake all duties with safety as the primary concern.
- Adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and company procedures.
- Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of trains and customers.
- Protect company revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the prompt departure of all train services.
- Report any delays to the Control team at the first opportunity.
