The predicted salary is between 49000 - 55000 £ per year.
This role is primarily Monday to Friday, but you must be able to work flexibly, including some weekends and early/late shifts when required. You must be able to arrange your own transport to ensure punctual arrival for shift times.
Salary: £61,000 per annum during the 6-month probation period, rising to £66,000 upon successful completion. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years.
Greater Anglia is looking for an experienced Group Station Manager to oversee a portfolio of stations across our network - including Stansted Airport and Bishops Stortford. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving performance, customer experience, and operational excellence across some of our most strategically important locations. About the Role
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of station management, including performance, cleanliness, facilities, and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to optimise station performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, emergency services, and community groups.
- Respond proactively to incidents, disruptions, and customer feedback, ensuring swift resolution and communication.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of station management.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams with excellent communication and organisational skills.
