We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our Engineering & Assurance team. You will be eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about engineering in a real‑world environment. This role offers a structured development pathway through a series of placements across the organisation and with key external partners, giving you hands‑on experience and the opportunity to progress towards Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status. Working closely with the Technical Manager and wider technical teams, you will support engineering changes, technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete structured REGS placements across internal departments and external stakeholders/suppliers
  • Support engineering change management processes within GA
  • Assist in technical investigations, reliability improvements, and data analysis to support reliability improvements
  • Contribute to feasibility studies, technical assessments, and risk evaluations
  • Review and update engineering procedures in line with industry standards and legislation
  • Attend and contribute to engineering and project meetings
  • Produce reports, technical documentation and deliver presentations
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or a related accredited Engineering discipline (e.g., IET or IMechE)
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Interest in working towards Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with integrity and sound judgement
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset
