We are recruiting for a Relief position based at Tottenham Hale. This relief role provides flexibility, with weekly rosters issued one week before the shift. The relief role covers the West Inner area stations – Broxbourne, Cheshunt and Tottenham Hale. Shift work will include early, late, and weekend shifts. The earliest shift starts from 0440 and the latest finish 0040, with possible extended finish on stadium event days. Applicants must arrange their own transport to ensure timely arrival for early and late shifts. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. All applicants are subject to a Right to Work check and a DBS check. The annual salary is £25,051 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of the Gateline, providing information and assistance to customers
  • Ensure the safe, tidy and efficient operation of the gates
  • Help prevent ticket‑less travel and fraudulent activity
  • Report any faults and issues promptly
