Greatbase Apartments Ltd has been providing professional holiday let management in Edinburgh for almost 20 years and we’re looking for a personable, hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, possess excellent organisational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our holiday let listings are fully prepared for guests’ arrival. This will include:

  • Checking over the condition of the property
  • Highlighting any issues for repairs or attention
  • Preparing a welcome pack (of fruit, flowers etc.)
  • Ensuring that the property is accessible according to the given entry procedure
  • Handling some ad-hoc tasks if required

The successful candidate will assist our current operations team and will be required to liaise primarily with cleaners and maintenance contractors, but also with guests and clients when the need arises.

The role is part time (12-20hrs/week) and covers weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will hold a full UK drivers’ licence and will own their own car. Mileage will be paid at the national rate (55p/mile).
