Part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust and the Eden Federation.

Salary: Support Staff, Point 3, £1,119 actual pa (£24,796 FTE)

Fixed Term until 31 August 2027

Part Time: 2 hours per week, Term Time only

Required for 1 September 2026.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to work at Great Witchingham, one of our successful and growing academies part of the Eden Federation within the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust. The successful candidate will join our Midday Supervisory Team and supervise pupils during the lunchtime period.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to build positive relationships with all pupils
  • Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of all pupils
  • Uses positive behaviour management strategies
  • Is well-organised
  • Communicates well with staff and parents
  • Is a team player but can work under their own initiative

Working Hours: The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate; however, the ideal hours would be four days per week, 30 minutes per lunchtime session.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced DBS check with barred list.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
