The role involves working onboard our trains every Saturday and Sunday as a Weekend Customer Host. You will be the friendly face of GWR serving refreshments, providing a warm welcome, and making every journey memorable.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling GWR products onboard our services.
  • Providing a complimentary trolley service for First Class customers.
  • Acting as an ambassador for GWR and living our values.
  • Ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
  • Keeping areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service and sales experience.
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Food handling or stock rotation experience (desirable).
