Your main responsibilities will be:
- The Route Frame Operator/Team Leader must be prepared to work to tight targets and deadlines to provide a full service to our customers.
- The position is night and weekend work which is rostered.
- Instruct, supervise and give information to the team.
- The workload will be on a variety of Railway Traction.
You’ll need to be:
- The successful candidate MUST be flexible, committed and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure is also essential while at all times maintaining high safety standards.
- Ability to lead the team to meet the tight targets.
As a minimum, you will need to have:
- Must be qualified to operate the Route Frame panel on depot.
- Experience of leadership.
- Minimum experience as a shunter - 2 years.
Additional Information:
- The successful candidate must be based within a 60-minute commute of the depot.
- If there is more than one successful applicant a reserve list will be created to fill roles which may arise within the next 6 months which may be of an alternative shift type.
