Salary: Β£62,195 for the first 12 months as a new qualified driver, rising to Β£69,105.

We are recruiting for a Talent Pool of Qualified Train Drivers who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional rail services, where rewards are first class, and the fleet is modernizing.

As a Qualified Driver at GWR, you will drive through some of the UK\’s most scenic landscapes.

We aim to set a new standard for rail travel for both passengers and staff, focusing on creating a relaxing, fast, efficient, and friendly journey.

This role requires working various shifts and residing within an hour\’s travel of the depot.
