About the team: Working within People Services, our HR Operations team are the central operational hub for all HR activity.
We provide support to colleagues throughout their journey with GWR and are an essential support service across our organisation at all levels.
We work together to ensure we deliver for our people, share knowledge, and help make GWR a great place to be.
About the job: You\’ll provide an administration service to support all HR Operations activities ensuring relevant processes are adhered to consistently and in line with SLA\’s.
A big part of the role will be responding to colleague\’s queries often liaising with various functions and departments across the organisation to ensure resolution.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of work and process improvements to deliver enhancement to the service offering for our people.
Your main responsibilities will be: Some of the areas you\’ll be involved in are: HR Inbox management, providing support across a wide range of topics Updating and ensuring our HR data is accurate across a variety of platforms Note taking at meetings, summarising key topics discussed and producing minutes Administration of processes for formal reward we recommend that you refer to each vacancy description for further details.
