We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support Department. This role plays an important part in helping pupils achieve their full potential by providing tailored support both individually and in small groups. Working closely with teachers, parents and colleagues, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic progress, confidence and wellbeing for every child.
You will contribute actively to the wider life of the school, working collaboratively, upholding the school's ethos and standards, and participating in co-curricular activities, events and professional development. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is a core responsibility of the role.
