Experienced senior investment professional to provide senior investment judgement across the project, guide the team's analytical approach, and ensure that recommendations meet the standards expected of an institutional investment office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide senior investment judgment across both public securities and private-company work.
  • Establish the investment framework and analytical approach used by the broader project team.
  • Review valuations, portfolio analysis, asset-allocation recommendations, and investment-policy considerations.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify material risks, and ensure that conclusions are supported by appropriate quantitative and qualitative evidence.
  • Guide the development of recommendations and ensure that proposed actions are commercially sound and implementation-ready.
  • Review and provide structured feedback on financial models, investment analyses, and presentation materials produced by other team members.
  • Communicate investment conclusions clearly and authoritatively to senior stakeholders.
  • Incorporate reviewer feedback and iterate quickly on analyses and recommendations.

Good Candidature

  • Approximately 12-15+ years of professional investment experience.
  • Senior experience within a Multi‑Family Office, Private Equity firm, Hedge Fund, investment office, investment bank, or comparable institutional investment platform.
  • Experience in senior roles such as Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, Investment Director, Head of Investments, or Senior Portfolio Manager.
  • Strong understanding of both public markets and private-company investing.
  • Experience evaluating diversified portfolios across multiple asset classes and industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction, investment analysis, valuation, asset allocation, and risk management.
  • Multi‑Family Office experience is preferred but not required. A strong private equity, hedge fund, or investment banking background can also work.
  • Exceptionally strong written communication and the ability to explain complex investment judgments clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable having investment conclusions reviewed and challenged.
  • Prior experience with AI evaluation, human-data projects, or structured investment assessments is a plus.
