Role Responsibilities
- Design legally realistic scenarios drawn from your litigation practice (motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, case strategy)
- Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
- Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behaviour
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions
Good Candidature
- Have 1-4 years of professional experience in civil litigation at a law firm, government agency, or legal department
- Hold a J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school
- Are licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive)
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
Nice To Have
- E-discovery experience (Relativity, document coding, privilege review)
- Appellate or trial experience
- Familiarity with case management software
