As a pivotal contributor, you work closely with the Head of UX and are instrumental in delivering innovative, award-winning digital experiences. Your role involves leading design on major projects, ensuring exceptional quality and user-centric solutions that resonate with both users and clients. - Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a well-rounded skill set and the ability to tackle diverse projects.
- Technical Skills: High-level of proficiency in Figma with strong experience implementing design systems. Knowledge of a variety of research techniques and the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions. Able to deliver pixel-perfect user-interface and motion design.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the UX process and the ability to lead projects with strategic insight, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
