Our client, a reputable nursery located in Barnet, N20, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Full-Time Room Leader for their Under 3's room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of early years practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged under 3.
- Create and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote the development of children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
- Monitor children's progress and development, conducting observations and assessments to inform planning and individualized learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the nursery management team to contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Proven experience working with children aged under 3 in an early years setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.

- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application in practice.
