About the Role
Great Starts Recruitment Ltd are seeking dedicated and reliable Level 3 qualified nursery practitioners to provide supply cover in nurseries across Brentwood and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for childcare professionals looking for flexible work and experience across different early years settings. Whether you are an experienced nursery nurse, early years practitioner, childcare assistant, or nursery practitioner, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children\βs learning, development, and well-being
- Work effectively with staff and adapt to different nursery environments
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for children
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (e.g. Early Years Educator, Childcare & Education etc.)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate is essential (if you completed your Level 2/3 AFTER September 2016)
- Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is beneficial
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
