About the Preschool This preschool prides itself on providing a warm and nurturing environment, where every child is supported to develop and learn at their own pace. The preschool is committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabailities (SEND), working in partnership with families and local professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Continuous professional development is at the heart of the setting, with staff attending regular training in SEND, positive behaviour, and English as an additional language. The Role 25.5 hours per week across 5 days (Monday–Friday). Hours start at 8:45am each morning. Term-time only, giving you school holidays free. Due to the preschool\’s location, applicants must be able to drive. What Are The Nursery Looking For? A qualified practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification. A caring, motivated individual with a genuine passion for early years. A team player with strong communication skills, able to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
