About the Role:
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our agency supply team in the North Walsham area. You will be supporting a well-established early years setting with high standards of care, strong team values, excellent indoor and outdoor environments, and a child-centred approach to learning. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy flexible work, want to choose their shifts, or are looking to gain experience in a variety of early years environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, engaging, high-quality care for children aged 0–5.
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Help maintain a stimulating, safe and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure ratios and routines are maintained.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times.
- Adapt quickly to different rooms, age groups and routines.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Preferred but not required).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- A positive, professional and flexible approach.
- Reliable and able to pick up shifts at short notice.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
- Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
