Salary: £25,000 £28,000 per year (depending on qualification and experience)

Contract: Full time over 4 or 5 days.

Are you an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator looking for your next exciting opportunity in Brentwood, Essex? We re working with a nursery who have a warm, supportive, and long-standing team of childcare professionals and they\’re now looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join them.

What You ll Be Doing

• Supporting children s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Delivering high-quality care in a stimulating environment
• Planning and implementing engaging activities to encourage growth and curiosity
• Safeguarding and promoting children s welfare at all times
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observing and recording children s progress and sharing updates with senior staff

What They’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• A warm, caring, and creative approach to working with young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable

• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• SEN or Behaviour Management training
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
