This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The nursery provides care for children aged 3 months to 5 years and prides itself on creating a safe, caring, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated childcare team
  • Maintaining compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Supporting high-quality learning and development opportunities for all children
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
  • Managing occupancy, staffing levels, and nursery performance
  • Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent standards
