Early Years Practitioner – Level 3

Location: Epping, Essex

Position: Full-Time (4 or 5 days per week)

Salary: Β£25,500-Β£28,000 per annum

About the Nursery

Newly opened, open year-round (closed at Christmas and on bank holidays)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you\’ll join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality care and education.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Supporting children\’s learning, wellbeing, and curiosity
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Helping to establish the culture of a new nursery

Shifts are 9 hours (including lunch) between 7am and 6pm, worked across 4 or 5 days per week.

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years

  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children\’s welfare
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (if not already in place)
