Great Starts Recruitment are working with a nursery who are seeking a passionate and committed Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their friendly and supportive early years team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is dedicated to delivering high-quality childcare and early education within a nurturing, inclusive environment.
The Role
- Deliver outstanding care and early education to children aged 0–5 years
- Create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment, indoors and outdoors
- Deliver a high-quality, play-based EYFS curriculum
- Act as a Key Person, supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- Plan and implement activities aligned with early learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, including observations, assessments, attendance registers, and accident and incident reports
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children’s progress and encourage involvement
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
