We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established, high-quality nursery in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse / Early Years Educator looking to join a supportive team with real opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and team members
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are always met
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting development
Job Details
- Full-time, permanent role
- Salary up to £27,684.80 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 40 hours over 4 days
