The hotel is also home to Ekstedt at The Yard, where Michelin-starred chef Niklas Ekstedt brings Scandinavian cooking techniques to life using the finest seasonal British ingredients.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the hotel's restaurants, bars, and events offering, continuously evolving the food and beverage concepts and ensuring every experience reflects the individuality, creativity, and luxury positioning of Great Scotland Yard Hotel. This is a highly visible role for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in experience-led luxury environments and understands how to create energy, reputation, and commercial success through exceptional Food & Beverage delivery.
Key duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Manager role:
- Lead all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences across all outlets.
- Drive commercial performance through revenue growth, cost control, forecasting, and menu optimisation.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Hyatt's culture and values.
- Maintain a strong operational presence during key service periods to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create innovative activations, events, and guest experiences that strengthen brand visibility.
