Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/Waitress role:
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
- Develop a strong knowledge of menu items, drinks and hotel offerings to confidently assist and advise guests.
- Build genuine connections with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded throughout their visit.
- Respond professionally to guest enquiries and concerns, resolving issues with care and efficiency.
- Support revenue growth by recommending menu specialties, beverages and additional dining experiences.
