80 + Service Charge (up to £600 per month) Duties and responsibilities related to this Bartender role This position will involve working across two of our stunning Bar outlets, 40 Elephants and Sibin. Be responsible for the set up and operations of the bar. Possess in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently inform and advise guests. Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue. Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
