Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Outlets Manager role:

  • Assist with managing the operations of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
  • Assist the Managers to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximising revenue and profitability.
  • Support with recruitment to attract top talent, utilising innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
  • Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
  • Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
