Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant to join a dedicated team, delivering high quality accommodation and services while assisting customers.
You will be the first point of contact for the premises, responding to enquiries by phone, email or in person, and maintaining safety and security.
You will support occupancy terms, encourage feedback, handle complaints, and act on safeguarding concerns in line with Great Places procedures.
